Do you have a CC subscription? You are allowed two installations per license, so you could keep it on both if you would like, or at least until you know the new one is working.

On how many computers can I use my Creative Cloud subscription?

If not, you just need to deactivate it on the old computer, and download the software to the new computer and then activate it on the new computer.
