How did I get this error code?  Does it have to do with my motion menu that I am using?

Thanks for your help.

This error is probably from multiple sources, and there has been no consistent fix reported. It can be media or drive. It can be permissions. A reinstall of Encore has fixed it in at least one situation, and reducing burn speed in another. Reducing bitrate/project size may avoid the error. Make sure you are running Encore "as administrator."

The problem ended up with my BD drive failing.  I tried downloading ImgBurn and my Norton software blocked it every time. I transferred my image file to another computer.   I then found another image burning software that worked just fine.  The BD I created worked just fine.  Now I need to purchase another BD recorder.  Not sure I will get ASUS any more as this play has hardly been used.  It should not have failed so early on.

Thank you for your help.
