Hello

Have you noticed?

Acrobat DC (18.00920050) will not convert PDF-files to office formats in win10pro.

Only white blank Save As-window opens without any controlls.

Hi Teemu,

Could you please try changing following setting in Acrobat and check if that helps?

Launch Acrobat > click Edit > Preferences > General > uncheck the box next to "Show online storage when saving files" > click OK and try again. You may refer to this forum thread for more info: "save as" pop up box does not allow me to save the document.

Thanks,

Shivam
