Hello, I have a concern with your system. First off I would like to say that I wasn't able to cancel my membership before the 14th day passed. So I was both put into a year contract and charged for that. Second, I had to pay a Cancellation fee of up to $86 for just the use of the product once and wasn't gonna be used at all later on. So, You win some you lose some, So be it. If I am able to get my money back from this cancellation fee. I'll be one happy customer. But the other problem is. Why I am being charged a $1 for the times a called customer services. Especially that they didn't even pick up my calls in the first place. I want a refund.

Which product are you referring to? This form is for Adobe Acrobat Reader which is free and doesn't require a membership.
