But first you should examine your restored system:
All drivers up to date?
All volumes the same as before?
Any changes between the old and the restored version forgotten to reset?
If nothing helps:
Deinstall the CC total, use the Cleaning tool to eliminate any leftovers, shut down and start again your machine.
Login in your account ( browser better without blocking addins! ) and install the whole package anew.
