      How do I cancel my subscription? Adobe sucks at cancellations. I have tried 3 times on chat, but everytime had to wait more than 20 minutes and never reached anyone. Adobe needs to fix this.

              I have been waiting for over 30 minutes for my subscription to be canceled. It is the WORST customer service i have ever experienced. For a company of your magnitude, your customer service to cancel a subscription is TERRIBLE. And i AM STILL WAITING!
