Photoshop CC18 won't refresh color profiles

user/libraryWhen I try to install a new paper profile int the user/library/ColorSync/Profiles Folder, Photoshop doesn't shows the Profile,

I tried to install the profile on other Folders, but Photoshop doesn't show the Profile.

I also tried to delete the Photoshop settings File and the Photoshop Color settings File and the .plist File.

I'am working on Mac Pro, High Sierra 10.13.2 Photoshop CC 19.0

Any ideas?

I am having the exact same problem for printing. Photoshop will not show the custom profile I created for my new printer using my x-rite eye 1. The profile I installed does show on the Photoshop list brought down by  the edit, convert to profile command. It does not show when I try to print an image. Is anyone else having this trouble?
