If I have a product code instead of a serial code how do I register my photoshop online?

Sign in to Creative cloud with your adobe ID and they will prompt you to add your Code.

What if the photoshop or Lightroom is an older version?

The Photoshop is CS6 and the Lightroom is Lightroom 5. I've messaged the chat multiple times but they just keep sending me to the forum. I was able to register the Lightroom but I got the new Mac and I don't know how to be able to use it. When I open Lightroom it says that there is no Lightroom registered.

are you looking to upgrade? if it is a very old version you might need to talk to Teck support and see if they can give you an upgrade if not you need to purchase CreativeCloud membership.
