Nuke to Photoshop

I'm working in Nuke, and rendering out a composite.

When I bring that rendered image into Photoshop, colors and brightness values to match 1 to 1.

Both are slightly off.

When I view that same image in another viewer application , like RV, the images DO MATCH 1 to 1

My question is, does photoshop
