I am facing this problem since i have updated Photoshop 2017.1.2

The "Export As" extension could not be loaded because it was not properly signed.

Version: 3.0.8
Path: /Applications/Adobe Photoshop CC2017/Adobe Photoshop CC 2017.app/Contents/Required/CEP/extensions/com.adobe.photoshop.crema

Reinstallation is also not working.

MacOS sierra 10.12.6, Photoshop CC 2017.1.1

Since you are using the Photoshop CC version 2017, could you please install the new CC 2018 version of Photoshop and check if the issue persists? See Previous versions uninstalling when installing CC 2015 applications
