Title Encoding Issue

Hi oh knowledgeable people, I'm having an issue when encoding a video.

Decided to use the Modern Lower Third Two Lines graphic preset for intro and outro titles (I like the look and don't need anything super fancy) on a video. Set everything up, changed the text, got it looking good in the media window. Then I go to encode it for YouTube upload and the title completely messes about, it's not displaying the same way.

Have tried different codecs (AVI uncompressed and H264) and tried adjusting the title in case it's that, but Media Encoder doesn't care and renders it differently.

Any help?

In ME, go into the preferences and uncheck "import sequences natively". Make a test export, and see if that fixes your issue.
