Can't upload prototype: error 1001

With the newest update I am not able to upload any prototypes or specs anymore (updating old prototypes also does not work).

"While sharing online, an error occurred with your login information (error 1001)."

I already tried the steps mentioned in the help part.
Downgrading my Adobe XD to the version before works - I am able to upload again. The problem is I can not open the files I worked on since the update and there is no option to save the files for an older version.

(I am using the German version on Windows 10)

Kind regards

Hi Preran,

unfortunately this doesn't work. I already tried this when I was following the help steps, but I tried it again just to be sure.
Do you have any other idea what I could do to solve this problem?

Kind regards
Vivia

Currently unable to publish with the 1001 error. Tried restarting, tried updating and restarting and no luck. I have an important user test scheduled for tomorrow.
