Post Edit Area Printing w/Static Lines

I recently did some detailed editing on a sweaty shirt in a shoot. The digital proof looks good but the shirt is filled with noise (like tv static lines) when the prints come back. (See picture of a print below). Looking for a fix, thanks in advance!

Looks like Moire patterns.

Here is a Kelby article explaining how to deal with it: https://lightroomkillertips.com/removing-moire-patterns-in-lightroom/
Though his instructions are for Lightroom Classic they should work for Lightroom CC.
