My serial nr is said to be "invalid"

I purchased Adobe Acrobat X in 2016 and installed it on one computer, where it works perfectly. When I tried to install on a second computer, I was told the serial number is "invalid" but it is the same one and it is not registered on any other computer. What should I do? I would be happy to send the serial number if necessary. It is registered in the names of "James Heisig".

The name on the registration is actually in Japanese (ハイジックジェームズ).

Did you purchase it from Adobe or a third-party? Did you register it with Adobe?

Do NOT share your serial number with anyone. And only someone with a "STAFF" tag under their icon works for Adobe, in case someone contacts you privately and offers "help" via Skype or something like that.
