Nuova stampante Photoshop crash

Ho installato una nuova stampante Epson (modello L805, in sostituzione alla L800).

Se provo a stampare i file creati e stampati precedente al cambio, photoshop non presenta la solita finestra dove indica che le preferenze di stampa sono cambiate, ma semplicemente si crasha e si chiude brutalmente, senza alcun salvataggio automatico.

Idee per risolvere? a qualcun'altro succede?

Sono installati Win 10 e Photoshop ultimissime versioni

Which version of Photoshop are you using and on which OS, Windows or Mac?
