Text box information in ascending order

I know it can do it because I did it by accident somehow.  I am labeling a drawing showing the labels for all Teledata devices. My text box looks like this.    

TR217.2C.001                                                                      TR217.2C.004

TR217.2C.002     Then the next text box looks like this       TR217.2C.005

TR217.2C.003                                                                      TR217.2C.006

How do you create another text box that has the same properties and automatically ascends the numbers in Acrobat DC?
