Hello, I have a user, MacBook Air 10.13.1, and when I try and open a pdf, Reader opens, but nothing is there. Not a blank document, nothing, as if I closed all documents.

Under recent files, it shows the files, nothing. I tried deleting the .plist files in ~Library/Preferences, deleting and reinstalling, and still nothing. Any help or pointers would be appreciated. Thank you.
