data disappears in fillable form

After I fill out several blocks, data disappears. It does not saves. Just poof, disappears.

I've tried to open it with Adobe reader touch. Filled out the form and saved it. Opened it with Adobe DC. Instantly all data disappeared. I have to sign the form with a CAC card so had to open it with DC.

I installed Fox PDF. Opened the form in fox PDF and it disappeared also.

Is it my computer issue or the form? What should I do? I'm not the creator of the form and does not have capacity to create it.

Try this:

In the preferences of Acrobat Reader disable JavaScript and open the form.

Bernd Alheit,I tried and my data still disappeared... I filled out more than I was able to though. Still wiped everything I typed up. Sigh.

The creator of the form adds "Reset a form" actions to some fields. When you move the mouse over this fields the form will be reset.

Contact the creator of the form about this issue.
