Subscription for Acrobat DC

I have a subscription for Acrobat DC which I haven't used effectively. When I attempt to sign in, it displays my user name but then takes me to a trial page for a 7 day trial. There is a Licence software button, but I don't know my licence. Where do I find it and what should I be doing to licence this package?
