So my lightroom isn't asking for a serial number, but I can't find where to post my question at... so here it is.

I recently had to redownload my lightoom app to my Mac, and now when i try to open the app I get the error code 213:10. I tried to chat with customer support and they said the only way I could get help was through this forum.

Haleye42276224 the root cause of the error continues to be file permission related.  Your next step is to create a new local administrator account which should have the proper permissions.  Information on how to set up a new account can be found at Install or run Adobe applications in new user account | Mac OS X .

If you continue to receive errors in the new account then review any installed security software that may be affecting the ability to update the SLStore, SLCache, and Adobe PCD folders.

Hi Jeff...I am having the same problem but I don't have those additional folders to change permissions. I can get my disc of Lightroom 5 to run, but when I try to update to 5.7.1 I get the problem.
