    Weird texture in pictures

    My H

These two screenshots show the difference in how I view the pictures depending on if I'm in the library or the develop section. The first picture is from the develop section, and the other is from the library. As you can see there is a weird texture around the "smoke" in the first picture. This problem started quite recently, and I was wondering if anyone might know what I've accidentally pressed to make the pictures look like this and what I should do to change it back to the way it was before.

On my screen I am not able to identify what you are referring to!

          Can you provide additional info.

Are you using the latest version of LR Classic CC 7.1?

Are you working with a raw file?

Is your monitor profiled using a hardware device?

In the Library module you are viewing the Preview file if you are working with a raw file, which is in Adobe RGB colour space.

In the Develop module you are viewing Adobe's rendering of the raw data in a variant of ProPhoto RGB.

If you are working with a raw file do you have LR setup to view the Camera embedded preview in the Library module?
