Scheduled hotpatch R230.1 on January the 25-th

Greetings,

We are planning on deploying a hot-patch on the 25-th of January to fix the issues described below.

If a site has SSL enabled and the redirect to https option enabled, after deleting the domain and the related records for the first time the system will re-add the domain back to the site as "external". The workaround for this issue is to delete it again and it will not be re-added.
when deleting a domain with SSL certificates attached for the first time, the Certificate renewal failed email notification is incorrectly sent

No interruptions are expected during hotpatch roll-out, all services will be up and running.
