    Acrobat DC Standard stability issues

      One of my issues is experiencing a variety of stability issues with Acrobat. She is experiencing crashes, freezing, and an error which causes an entire PDF to appear blank. The PDFs she is opening work fine for other users using the same or different versions of Adobe Acrobat including XI, DC (2015), and DC (current branch). Below is a list of error messages she is recieving:

      "Insufficient data for an image" - Blank PDF

      "There was a problem reading this document (109)."

      "There was an error while reading a stream." - Crash

      "Adobe Acrobat DC has stopped working" - Windows crash error

       

      I have tried repairing and reinstalling Acrobat DC. There are no events in the event log referencing errors in Adobe products or with errors corresponding to the time when the application has issues.

      Adobe Acrobat DC 18.009.20050

      On:

      Windows 10.0.15063.850
