I cannot figure out what the problem is, when I print my image the print dialogue window adds a white background with a black border. When I click print the image is printed with a hairline double black border. It is not a stroke and it is not an artifact from the image. I'm attaching a screen shot of what it looks like. Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Tobias
In the print dialog there is always a background for images that have transparency, usually white.
As for the border, look in the Print dialog under Functions at Border and Background.
Also, look in the Print Settings to see if the printer is adding the border.
Hi Jeff,
I checked the "Functions" already and there is no border selected there. print settings don't say anything about a border. I've been using Photoshop for many years and have never had this problem, it literally just started happening when I made this image. I'll try printing on my home machine and see if it's still doing it.
Thanks,
Tobias
