Hi, you'll have to chat with the customer support personnel through the chat option. You'll have to stay on the page and wait patiently for someone to respond to you to help you cancel. That was what I did. But it took me months to work this out by myself and I wasted a lot of money in the months I didn't need the application but was still charged for it.
