MS Surface Pro + 2nd Monitor + Photoshop Issues

    HoundrApp Level 1

I have a brand new Surface Pro connected to a 2nd monitor. Im running Windows 10 & Photoshop CC

Photoshop runs fine on the Surface, but if Photoshop is opened directly onto the 2nd monitor, or dragged across from laptop screen to the 2nd monitor, the work space goes blank and im unable to use any tool pallet tools or zoom in and out.

      Has anyone else encounted this?
