I have had the adobe photography plan for over a year now and I have recently gotten a mac book pro and I am trying to log into lightroom and it keeps telling me that I do not have a current membership, but a payment was made for it on 1/9/18????? Ive logged out of my old computer and tried to log into the new one but I still got the same message. Lightroom works fine on my old computer, even when logged out so im not sure whats going on.
Does your Cloud subscription properly show on your account page?

If you have more than one email, are you sure you are using the correct Adobe ID?
Log out of your Cloud account... Restart your computer... Log in to your paid Cloud account

I have done all of that. the issue is that it doesn't show up on my products page, thats why i'm so confused. most likely I will try calling tomorrow.
