On the last part of the docu-sign I type the name of the Doc and click sign and save but when I go to manage the name of the document doesn't save.
Does something in settings have to adjusted? or does the product need to be updated?

Are you still facing this issue? If yes, could you please confirm if you are sending the document in Adobe Acrobat DC desktop application or in a web browser? If using desktop application, try sending it in a web browser and check if that helps. Do you see the "successfully saved" message after sending the document? (below is the screenshot)
Also, check if you are viewing the saved document under Library template, not out for signature.
