Thank you for replyng but i have tried to reach them on the suport but i did not get respons. I hope ther is someone how has had similar problem and knows what should i do.

There isn't a subscription associated with the Adobe ID/email address you used to post on the forum.
Please sign out of this account and sign in with the Adobe ID/email address you used when you subscribed to the Illustrator single app plan.
