Dc version 15.006.30060.15959 - users are freezing when searching for tools....clicking the tools works no issue. Any ideas (repair/reinstall not an option).Citrix environment.

Please check for the pending and latest updates of Acrobat from Help>Check for updates. Reboot the machine after the installation of updates. You may also download and install the updates from the following KB Link for DC Classic version DC Release Notes — Release Notes for Acrobat DC Products
As you mentioned that repair/reinstall is not an option for you, you may try to reset the preferences of Acrobat, to reset the preferences refer to How to reset Acrobat Preference settings to default.
