Hello everyone!

I'm running into a strange issue that I can't figure out the solution for.

Basically, when painting with the brush tool, if I change the color (with the intent to blend the previous color with the newly selected one) I can't paint on top of the original color. Instead, the new color I'm using appears less visible in opacity and is only painting underneath the original color. This is a huge bummer that I only recently noticed but it's affecting the way I blend colors so if anyone knows the cause of this and how I can adjust these settings, please let me know!

With a hearty handshake in mind,

Nicholas Carro

Ah! Thank you!! I just figured out that my mode at the top left was set to darken. How embarrassing but at least it's fine now. Man, I can't believe I didn't think to notice that. All is well

Are you using the Mixer Brush and if so, which values are you using? See screenshot.
