Hi 小明明,

I'm not sure what both dialogs say exactly as I don't understand your language. Windows 10 is compatible
as per Photoshop system requirements​. You are using an Windows 10 Pro Insider Preview build. Those
"Insider Previews" are work in progress beta versions for soon-to-be final releases.

I assume that is the culprit here...
