    Form split across two columns

    RICH POW Level 1
      I am trying to layout a form split across two columns. Is this possible, tables or divs?

      Test Page Here

      My test form only submits the fields on the right:
      Phone:
      Email:
      How did you here about us?

          Yeah, just move the beginning of the form declaration to where you start the "form1" div. You're only getting the results from the right hand side because you start the form at the top of the table on the right.

              Haha, no problem. Move this chunk of code:

              <form method="post" action="SubmitForm.asp">

              Directly below this:

              <div class="form1">
