Is there a way that I can improve the quality of multiple images at once? Say I have 50 images and I want to better the quality of each of them. Of course doing that individually would take forever. So how would I go about increasing the quality of an entire batch of images at once?

You may be able to improve the appearance of the pixels you have for an image however if you interpolate an image to a different number of pixels you will always loose some imaged quality for you need to either discard details you have for the image or create details you do not have. Time does not matter when you batch something unless there a deadline to meet.  You enjoy yourself while the machine hammers away drink some wine.
