    Phone Issues for Adobe Customer Care

      Hi everyone,

      I wanted to let you know that Adobe made some system changes on 9/25 and they have impacted our call centers. Since then you might experience longer than normal hold times or a message asking you to call back later. We are currently working on resolving these issues as fast as we can and we should be back on track soon.
