Looking at your account details, I assume you are referring to cancel the subscription registered in your account that you have purchased through iTune?
If you are willing to cancel it, then you need to contact to the iTune support for the cancellation of Acrobat DC (one-year prepaid). Because it's not a direct purchase from Adobe and we do not have its payment information. Only iTune support can help you cancellation and billing in this scenario.

We are unable to see any subscription registered to your current account. If you have made purchase directly from Adobe with any other email address registered (as Adobe account), then you may contact Contact Customer Care for the cancellation.

As there isn't any active subscription found under your current account (same as registered on forum) so you may select
1- "Account Issue" 2- Payment, invoice, order
