As per the description above, you want to disable the Institution assistant for accessibility message in Adobe Reader DC, Is that correct?
Let us know how it goes.
Good morning Anand Sri,
Thank you for your reaction and reference to the kb article! This article describes how you can set this as a user.
My question is how I can turn this off for all users so that the question does not come anymore.
I am looking for the registry value how I can disable this. Can you help me with that?
Thanks in advance.

The registry path is [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\DC\Access]
Note: This registry is not lockable, You can disable the feature, but cannot lock it as the user will get the option in Adobe Acrobat preferences to check/uncheck "Enable assistive technology support".
Feel free to update this discussion for any further assistance.
Anand, can you help me?
I turned on the accessibility assistant and didn't realize there's no way to turn it off. All of my documents now appear like negatives (see image). I can't read this and I can send out proofs this way. PLEASE, can you help me?? I'm pulling my hair out trying to change this back to normal.
Glad to hear it has been resolved! Thank you for shairng the steps.
Feel free to reach out if you run into any other questions or issues in the future. Thanks!
- Anand Sri.
