My Adobe Textures Panel went to bright colors to a lower opacity until you hoover over the panel. See attachment. How do I get the original back?Screen Shot 2018-02-07 at 2.14.29 PM.png

I never used that add on.  Have you checked its settings and Options. Perhaps you accidently hit a number key while using the add-on and that cause some opacity setting to be changed.
