Acrobat Standard DC - Intermittent insufficient data for an image & Blank Scrolling

    jeremyd10247453

Hello I am seeing the following behavior on some user sessions.  Intermittently with different PDFs they will sometimes scroll and seeing nothing but blank pages.  After that they got a prompt with the following "insufficient data for an image".  Most of the time they can close the document without an issue but sometimes when they close adobe will crash.  with the below.  After they close and reopen the document everything works fine and they can view all the pages until the next time a random document causes the issue.  It happens almost daily and doesn't seem to be an issue with the document as it opens fine but then throws the error after scrolling through.  And the fact that closing and opening it again works fine.  This was also an issue with Acrobat XI.

What is causing this intermittent behavior?   This is a brand new install of Acrobat Standard DC.
