I have Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro and have been told by our security / risk officer that I really need to upgrade this. But, when I look online everything points back to this DC product which is apparently cloud based and a monthly subscription. I am not interested in storing Adobe docs in the cloud nor am I willing to pay a monthly fee. Even if it is the universities money. I don't use it enough to warrant that expense.
As per the description above, you want to subscribe for non cloud Acrobat license, Is that correct?
You can subscribe/purchase the perpetual serial number based license of Acrobat. Please contact the Adobe support team for detailed information https://helpx.adobe.com/in/contact.html
Feel free to update this discussion for any further assistance.
It's not cloud based. That's a good guess from the name but completely wrong. You can get a subscription, or Acrobat 2017 which is the permanent license. I'd recommend the subscription.
