Photoshop CC 2018 - Windows 10 - Legacy Brush Listing only 1 Column wide

I used to get the legacy brushes spread across the page and now it is only 1 column wide and I have to scroll it in a vertical fashion.  This is very slow as I have a lot of legacy brushes.  How can I make the list as wide as the page allows?

Have you tried the display size slider at the bottom of the brushes panel?

If that is not what you mean - please post a screenshot showing the issue

I am attaching a screen shot of all my legacy brushes and the only option are the up and down arrows.  I have tried to grab the pane to expand it but no go - only up and down permitted.  All help is greatly appreciated.
