Cursor Coordinates not showing up in Acrobat DC 2018 on Mac / OSX

I'm trying to get the "Cursor Coordinates" turned on in Adobe Acrobat DC.

I've followed the instructions here, but they don't produce cursor coordinates for OSX.  On windows they appear to work.

Is there any way around this? This is a critical use case for me.  It seems absurd that I have to use Mac Preview instead to do this.  Thanks.

Hello Lchengify,

Sorry for the delayed response and inconvenience caused. As per the description above, you are not getting the "Cursor Coordinates" on your Mac OS, is that correct?

I have checked on my Mac High Siera and the feature is available under View>Show/Hide > Cursor Coordinates.

Please sign out and sign back in Acrobat and check for any pending updates from Help>Check for updates, reboot the machine and see if this brings any difference.

If the issue persists, please share the following details:

Let us know how it goes and share your findings.

Regards,

Anand Sri.
