Adobe support is a joke - I invite Adobe to send a rep to my studio and attempt to contact Adobe for help thru the method they provide to me (an ordinary customer).
I actually want to upgrade my subscription, but I have a question.  I launched a chat session - after ~5 minutes of waiting, a rep (Brijesh Kumar) apologized for the wait, and said he'd be right back.  He was 3 minutes later, with the message that, since I hadn't contacted them, they were ending the chat.

ADOBE - I WANT TO UPGRADE, BUT YOU ARE IDIOTS.

What do I have to do to bypass your bots?

Read original post - the question is the line ending with '?

And, BTW, Adobe should not depend on users doing their customer support for them....
