Fehlermeldung: Lightroom funktioniert nicht mehr

Hallo,

ich habe mir Lightroom 6 bei Amazon gekauft. Habe es ganz normal runtergeladen und dann installiert. Keine Probleme. Nur wenn ich dann Lightroom öffnen will,

kommt zwar die Startmaske und die Eieruhr, aber nach kurzer Zeit kommt der Fehler: Adobe Lightroom funktioniert nicht mehr. Das Programm wird aufgrund eines Problems nicht richtig ausgeführt. Das Programm wird geschlossen und die werden benachrichtigt, wenn eine Lösung verfügbar ist.

Dann schließt sich das Programm. Ich habe es gelöscht, habe es nochmal neu heruntergeladen. Habe sogar meinen PC zurückgesetzt. Alles hat nichts geholfen. Davor hatte ich die Testversion Lightroom cc, die hat einwandfrei funktioniert.

Ich hoffe, ihr habt eine Lösung, denn ich möchte mir Lightroom nicht umsonst gekauft haben. Ich finde das Programm nämlich sehr gut.

Did you download from Amazon or Adobe? Did you update?

Normally you would download and install LR6.0 and then download the LR6.14 patch.

I download it from Amazon and then I tried to install it, but it still doesn't work. But thanks for your help 🙂
