I originally signed up for 1TB of storage and paused syncing immediately in LR CC. I have now switched to the 20GB plan but LR CC says I am out of storage and won't resume syncing even though no photos have been actually synced and uploaded.
How should this work? I am under the impression that the creative cloud will only sync up to your storage limits.
Really though, Adobe should allow selective syncing.
I’d start by logging out of your account and then back into it using the Creative Cloud application. Have you tried that? Also check your account status and confirm that the upgraded storage is reflected there.
As I understand, you had initially signed up for a 1Tb plan and now moved to a 20GB plan. I would suggest you to please follow steps shared in the link on how you can free up so space for your account: Creative Cloud file storage and quota.
