Broken Links when Searching Libraries in Photoshop CC

All of a sudden I am unable to view any online content in Libraries in Photoshop CC. See the photo below:

I can access Libraries in a web browser, but even though I am logged in in Photoshop CC, the search results just show blanks with the "broken link" icons in the top left corner of each thumbnail.

Any ideas as to what is causing this?
