Bob CC 2018 version 19.0 has many bugs  many have been fix in the available update to version 19.1.  However, Photoshop UI scaling will not be fixed on your Window 7 machine your print problem may.   You should use Windows 7 Reliability history viewer and look for the Photoshop stopped working reports look at the details to find out what module is failing.  It may point to where your print problem is.

I see all the crashes listed on the reliability monitor but when I check for a solution, none available. I also see that I am running version 19.0 but when I select Update from both PS and Creative Cloud, none are available?

Did you look in the detail report to see what the failing module is? Double ckeck one of the  failure to see the report details.  Are you using the CC Desktop application to check for updates do not PS help update

I just did a remote system restore on that PC and can't get back in until I get to work in a couple of hours.

However, as I remember, the only option was to allow Windows to check for an update. I will however look again when I get to work.

As far as the updates for CC 2018. I have tried through Photoshop itself with no success and Creative Cloud says no updates available. Wonder if I should uninstall and reinstall?

I see now where I can select another version to install, from Creative Cloud. Didn't see that before but I still wonder why if there is an update, CC should prompt me to update instead of it saying NO UPDATES.

Update completed and now CC says Update available so I am running that too. I will see if this solves the problem with printing.

I can not test CC that now my subscription has expired  my subscription renewal has not been process yet.

The upgrade to 19.1 seems to have cleared up the problem thank you.
