I cannot log into my creative cloud to use my Lightroom. I used it last week and had no issues but now I cannot login! This has happened before but called since it was during the week. I went through forgot password to change the password and can log in through the website. I found my credit card expiring next month so updated that and still cannot login. What is wrong?? I pay for this service to be available when I want to edit my photos. This is so frustrating!!!
Why did you sign out.
Open the Creative Cloud Desktop App and sign in there. Once properly sign in in the CC DTA never sign out again. No need to sign out, Ever.
