I want to thank you all for your help over last few weeks. I was able to install LightroomCC and transfer some photos.

Two Issues remain:

    I get two cryptic messages every 15 -20 min from Windows

1. “       Unauthorized changes blocked

             Controlled Folder Access blocked

             C:\lightroomhelp.. from making changes to the folder  %us..\LightroomCC

1. “     Unauthorized changes blocked

             Controlled Folder Access blocked

             C:\dynamic link media… from making changes from to the folder

              %userprofile% \Doc..\Adobe

I have allowed the following apps through the Control folder:

1. lightroomcc.exe             
2.     C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Lightroom CC
3. Photoshop.exe

         C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe\Photoshop CC 2018

The Second issue is my creation. I was testing different  ways of loading data. The system stopped. No problem. I will just reinstall LightroomCC. It won’t install. I have removed every known source. When I try to open the executable (lightroomcc.exe), I get the message: Contact Adobe technical support. Error :5

I am installing as Admin.
