We have users who report that PDFs with text and images opened with an Adobe product become blank in their current environment. This issue persists when using
Acrobat XI Pro or the latest version of Adobe Reader DC. Does anyone have insight on what may be causing this issue and how we can prevent it?

In a previous forum post, we provided a member of Adobe Staff with an example copy of PDFs that were effected, but Adobe Staff concluded that they could not reproduce the issue and did not think the files were the source of the issue.
